Returns

Yes! If you aren’t absolutely in love with our products or find yourself with an unneeded item, we accept returns!
Here are our 4 rules of thumb for making a return:
- The item was purchased from our official website www.unocasa.com
- The item was not used in any way
- The request for a return was made within 28 days of receiving your item
- The item is sent back within 14 days of making the return request

When making your return request, mention that you want to exchange your item for something else in our store.

Criteria for exchanging an item:
- The item was purchased from our official website www.unocasa.com.
- The item is unused.
- The return request is made within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The item is returned within 14 days of making the exchange request.

If the issue was on our end, we cover 100% of the shipping cost and will send you prepaid shipping labels. If your item is defective, we take full responsibility and will do our best to make it right! If you decide to make a return for personal reasons, we ask that you cover shipping costs.

Our warehouse requires 14 days to receive and confirm your return.
If your item meets the return criteria, you will see your reimbursement, exchange, or credit within 14 days.

As of right now, Uno Casa is solely online.

All Uno Casa products are manufactured only using the highest quality materials by skilled professionals so they will serve you for many years to come, however if our product fails, we are always ready to provide you with free of charge replacements under our Warranty & Repair conditions.

2-YEAR STANDARD GUARANTEE

We will be more than happy to replace any defective item free of charge within 2 years from the delivery date of your order. Simply get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will do their best to assist you in a timely manner.

Warranty does not apply if:

1. The product has been physically damaged
2. The product has been used inappropriately
3. The defect can not be qualified as a factory defect
4. Over 2 years have passed since the delivery date of your order

EXTENDED GUARANTEE

If you purchase our extended guarantee, you will receive the same conditions as our standard guarantee for an extended time period.
